Joined Tamesis in January 2009 and plays piano.

I first got involved with Tamesis in 2006 when I was asked to play the piano for 'Captain Noah and his Amazing Floating Zoo' as part of the Biblical Characters concert series, and I've played piano regularly for Tamesis ever since - mostly for the summer concerts which tend to comprise a lighter programme of music. I also sang soprano in Tamesis for a couple of years and I find them a wonderful group of people to perform with, whether singing or playing! I started learning the piano aged 6 and studied Music and German at Southampton University, specialising in piano accompaniment. I currently teach piano privately and at the Earley Music Centre, as well as accompanying for music exams. As well as playing for Tamesis, I am accompanist for Reading Operatic Society, Twyford Singers and Starlet Rock Choir, and have also accompanied a number of other local music societies for rehearsals and performances.
